I accept no liability for any injuries or damages caused by the use of a whip on persons, property, livestock,
or anything else not contained in this statement....... 2. I do not endorse, nor condone, the use of a whip on a person....... for any reason! I will not knowingly sell a whip to a customer for that purpose...... 3. I prefer money orders over checks, I do have the ability to accept payment online via "paypal", This is the best way to pay! (see order page) 4. All whips come with my personal guarantee on workmanship, however, if upon receipt of a whip the customer decides it is not what he or she wants, the customer should contact me ASAP and then return the whip, unused, for a refund (minus shipping). 5. Unless prior arrangments are made, all orders are filled on a "first come, first served basis". There may be a additional fee for rush orders...... 6. Before a customer sends money or uses paypal, I ask that they contact me with their ordering preferences and I will discuss the details of the order with then at that time (total price, time frame, ect...). |
